Great British Workplace - Wellbeing Awards 2025

We’re delighted that Rachel Morris, founding partner of Motion Learning has been shortlisted in the Excellence in Female Health Advocacy category at this coming year’s awards!

The "Female Health Advocate" award recognizes outstanding individuals who have significantly contributed to addressing and supporting the unique health and wellbeing needs of women in the workplace.

The award celebrates those who have gone above and beyond in raising awareness, implementing supportive policies, and fostering an environment where women's health issues can be openly discussed and managed.

For 20 years, Rachel has dedicated herself to providing direct support to hundreds of women through coaching, plus educating and raising awareness within dozens of client organisations about the parental transition and the impact it has on women’s wellbeing and careers.

Rachel has also shared her insight and expertise in her recently published book, Working Mother, providing coaching strategies to women everywhere, so that they can succeed at work and at home.

It is her mission to positively impact female talent pipelines, representation of women in leadership roles, problems with the gender pay gap and poverty concerns for working mothers.

We’re thrilled that this nomination recognises her contribution, amongst many other wonderful women and organisations, to the cause of female wellbeing and success…
