360° Feedback
360° feedback provides a structured approach to exploring key professional and management behaviours that are relevant to our work and careers
We use 360° feedback in a range of situations, often as part of a wider coaching package, but also in stand-alone situations. We know that 360° feedback is a simple, effective way of getting an accurate assessment of your behaviour and attitudes as you go about your daily business.
It is called 360° because it aims to provide you with an all-round picture of how you are viewed by others – your manager, your colleagues, your direct reports and other stakeholders as well as a enabling you to conduct a self-assessment.
The fact that the 360° feedback is based on a number of other people’s perception as well as your own makes it very powerful and insightful. As a result of the rounded view that your feedback provides, you are able to take a step back and consider your strengths and areas for development objectively.
We use a tried and tested, flexible framework with a mixture of competency ratings and free text feedback to create an easily understood but in depth 360° feedback report which we then explore in a one-to-one session.
The process is a simple one -
You select the competencies you want to get 360° feedback on, using a range of predetermined options
You decide who you want to ask for feedback – the respondents
We set you and your respondents up on our system which allows everyone to complete their feedback in 30 to 40 minutes
Once we have everyone’s feedback we generate your personal, confidential report
We hold a one to one meeting with you to review the feedback and determine your action plan of improvement and development
