I live and breathe my values, Integrity - Compassion - Courage - Curiosity – Impact, every day and bring them to the organizations and people I'm honoured to work with.

I seek to understand what is most important to each client and provide compassion and challenge to help them realize their greatest potential.

My approach varies depending on the individual and what they need in that moment and journey, but it's always with an empathetic and focused presence, stimulating and helping clients to go further in thinking, feeling and taking action to make their desired changes.

In addition to my professional skills and understanding, my personal experiences are a deep part of my coaching. From caregiver to single mom to stepmom to supporting developmental challenges, I’m grateful to constantly be learning how to be a more compassionate human being and coach.

Professional Background:

With over 25 years in the corporate world, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face. I began my career in marketing in a variety of industries, from consulting to chainsaws to start-ups. Throughout my career, I co-founded and led initiatives to create a more inclusive and engaging workplace for everyone.  

The last decade of my corporate career was at Microsoft. I quickly leveraged my marketing experience and passion for developing people into a unique role leading communications, culture and business planning for a multi-billion dollar global team. I loved connecting people’s potential with business outcomes, which led me to Executive Coaching.
