I bring a deep passion to support clients in their personal and professional journey of self-discovery and growth by creating a safe and non-judgemental space where they can explore their passion, goals, challenges and aspirations.
My coaching style is person-centred, holistic and transformational, helping clients to identify their core values, strengths and areas for growth. I encourage clients to set clear and meaningful goals aligned to their aspirations, and with a person-centred approach I adapt my coaching approach, methods and techniques to meet the needs of each client.
I genuinely enjoy what I do and strongly believe that a personable and authentic approach, along with a smile, can go a long way to creating an open, trusting and successful coaching relationship.
Professional Background:
I began my career in retail management, working in various leadership roles before moving across into human resources. There I specialised in organisational learning, leadership and personal development to support change and performance improvement. I have over 20 years of leadership experience and have worked in senior leadership roles in both the private and public sectors.
This experience is hugely beneficial when working with individual clients and teams to improve personal impact, communication and performance. As well as coaching, I continue to design and facilitate a range of personal, leadership and career development courses and programmes.
