Leadership and management coaching with us can take place either face to face in London, or online if you’re based elsewhere in the UK or overseas.

What does Leadership and Management Coaching look like?

All coaching begins with the end in mind. So we start by agreeing clear objectives for your coaching and develop a road map for the relationship with you and your seniors. We agree the number and frequency of sessions together, recognising your busy schedule but also your desire to make progress and see results.

Once we know our destination point, we set out on our journey together, working with you to build on your existing skills and expertise.   

However many sessions are included in your coaching, each one will provide you with very clear outcomes and immediately applicable actions. Experience tells us that we can see very effective results from this focused approach.

Each relationship is unique, and there is no set formula to follow.  However, experience shows there are a number of typical areas we might cover, which could include:

  • Building your style of leadership and communication

  • Examining how you build your team and increase their performance

  • Developing the individual performance of your team members

  • Managing your ever increasing workload successfully

  • Maintaining focus, drive and motivation for you and your team

However, we won’t pre-judge your situation or your requirements. The coaching relationship will start with a conversation, between us, you and your seniors.
