Rachel has recorded a 5 minute video of a coaching tip that we use with our clients when they feel full up.

We hope it can help you filter what is and isn't within your control and enable you to reframe these tasks to make them manageable, whilst helping you regain perspective.

It's a practical exercise, originating from powerful work by Stephen Covey. So grab a pen and paper and spend some time getting it all out. Treat yourself to a moment when you can focus on yourself.
