Supporting Communities in 2025

Are you a small charitable organisation looking for options to support and develop your management team in 2025?

Coach Community could be your (almost no cost) answer!

We're delighted to announce that we will be running a new intake of our Coach Community programme, which provides access to coaching for third sector organisations in the UK, and we’re looking for partner organisations.

As a partner organisation, you'll be able to offer your team members confidential, one-on-one coaching sessions, which will support them in being more productive and motivated in their role.

Our qualified coaches offer your team members a series of 6 monthly coaching sessions, in return for a nominal payment and feedback on the experience.

Previous participants have already seen the value in coaching, with one of them saying, "I would definitely recommend coaching if you have the opportunity. I found it beneficial to take time out to reflect, evaluate, discuss and have a plan moving forward."

Another participant credited coaching with being "indispensable to my professional growth." And the feedback doesn't stop there - we've heard from multiple participants that they've really benefited from the coaching sessions.
