Senior Executive Coaching

The well-known saying ‘it’s lonely at the top’ can be very, very true. We’ve provided executive coaching for senior leaders for nearly two decades across London, the UK and internationally.  Our work supports you as you navigate your complex world and juggle the competing needs and high expectations of the people around you.

Who do you turn to when you’re the person everyone else turns to?  Where do you get support when you support the whole business?  Whether it be for drive, direction or values, as a leader you are called upon to deliver whatever the circumstances, often with very little assistance. This is where executive coaching fits in - whether face to face in London, or online to wherever you are based in the UK or internationally.

We know the crucial value a purposeful network can provide for you, but also recognise it can be hard to create one. A trusted and effective executive coach can be a key member of your support system, enabling you to step back, pause and assess your circumstances dispassionately. An executive coaching relationship will enable you to evaluate your goals and determine your direction and next steps.

Gaining perspective isn’t always easy, but we will act as your sounding board, guide, trusted supporter and at times devil’s advocate as you navigate the pathways of top level business leadership.

What makes Executive Coaching successful?

Key to any coaching relationship, but particularly in executive coaching, is trust.  As a leader at C-Suite or Operating Board level, we recognise the sensitivity of your position and the impact of your decisions.

We conduct our executive coaching with watertight confidentiality – our reputation rests on our ability to work to the same high standards that you do.  We believe our client portfolio reflects those standards - with coachees from many industries working from London and internationally.

Our executive coaching services are led by Rachel Morris, a highly regarded coach and partner of Motion Learning, who has been described as a CEO’s “secret weapon”.

Areas that frequently come up in our Senior Executive Coaching work include:

  • Facilitating strategic thinking

  • Independent sense-checking

  • Enabling clarity

  • Reassurance when facing unknowns or with ambiguity

  • Clarifying conflicting needs and expectations

  • Navigating interpersonal board dynamics

  • Navigating systemic issues

  • Political navigating

  • Strategic plan exploration and implementation

As with all coaching though, at executive level, each relationship is unique, and there is no set formula to follow.  We are certified, but not prescriptive in our approach.  We draw upon two decades of experience to provide you with the support you need. Our work always starts with a conversation.
