Rob Olorenshaw PCC

Professional Certified Coach - International Coaching Federation

My principal work is coaching senior leaders and their teams. I spend time with those leaders at the outset to really work out what outcomes they want to achieve, how they will know they have got there – and then help them to achieve them

Clients tell me that my style is very supportive, but is combined with a healthy degree of challenge. I genuinely love the work that I do and find all aspects of coaching rewarding. If I were to pick out particular areas of interest they would be helping individuals prepare for critical events in their work and career, working with leaders transitioning to new roles, the creation of high performing teams and managing stressful workloads.

My business background helps me to understand what makes organisations tick and I enjoy working with senior leaders across multiple industries and sectors, both nationally and internationally.

Professional Background:

Prior to becoming an executive coach, I gained a broad set of business experience, operating as a director in a variety of roles and businesses. I have 20 + years’ experience of leading large and diverse teams and a real passion for developing people to help them realise their potential and improve business performance.

With an original background in HR and then broader operational experience, I built a record of delivery across a range of disciplines including change management, service delivery, operational management and the integration of businesses.
